I welcome your comments and requests for book reviews. Be aware:  comments that contain URLs will be deleted, as will all spam and advertisements.

If you would like a review, send me a copy of your book or manuscript, and I will be happy to review it for you. I accept .mobi or .epub versions, but not .pdf copies, as I cannot make notes or highlight passages on a .pdf.

If you need proofreading or editing, I will do that, too. I have over 30 years of writing and editing newsletters, grant proposals, annual reports, and technical manuals; and a few less for books and manuscripts. For proofreading and/or editing, we can discuss my fee schedule. It’s probably less than you may think, especially for debut novels

To request editing, proofreading, or a review, please contact me at: or by leaving a comment on this page.

Just joined your blog. Looking forward to following you.

  2. I am currently seeking reviews for my two political, suspense thrillers. The first book is HATE: A Novel of Vitriol, Vengeance, and National Debate. Given your interest in this genre, I thought the book might be a good fit.

The first novel I published is a 65,000 word book on Amazon in March 2018. A brief synopsis:

Craig and Cate are wealthy, smart, driven business professionals who have their idyllic world shattered and turned upside down. Their two children are killed during a hate crime shooting. They are devastated and consumed by grief. After the killers are set free, the two take matters into their own hands. They embark on a calculated quest to avenge their children while finding out who was really behind the shooting. Unsatisfied with their revenge taken, Craig and Cate plan on the destruction of a neo-Nazi organization that sponsored and planned the shooting.

They hire a retired, expert to teach them the skills they need, to carry out their dangerous plan. All the while, the FBI is one step behind them putting the pieces of the puzzle together, trying to figure out who is behind these high-profile shootings and why.
The pair’s exploits become a catalyst, sparking a national debate about free speech versus hate speech.

My second novel, the sequel to HATE is titled BURNED: A Story of Retribution, Rebirth, and Influence, was published on Amazon in December 2018. That novel is also 65,000 words. A brief synopsis for BURNED follows:

Once again Craig and Cate, with help from others, fight to right an injustice. This time it’s a flamboyant, bombastic billionaire who has a secret that hits close to home. The pair work with a troop of expert computer hackers to drain the river of dirty money from the billionaire.

They hatch a plan and with pinpoint precision, siphon off the billionaire’s world-wide, offshore bank accounts. Ruined financially, his creditors, the Mexican Cartel and the Russian Mafia, come calling for the billionaire. In a game of international cat and mouse, the cartel eventually makes their way to Craig and Cate too.

With over two billion dollars in stolen, dirty money and with help of Craig’s sister, a U.S. Senator, the pair embarks on using the money to change the American political landscape in the 2016 election.

A third novel in the trilogy, currently titled PERIL is 1/3 completed. I appreciate your time and consideration and would be honored to send you free copies of the books.

It looks like you’ve misspelled the word “Drue” on your website. I thought you would like to know :). Silly mistakes can ruin your site’s credibility. I’ve used a tool called in the past to keep mistakes off of my website.
